Strip/Pixel Chambers

The Strip and Pixel Chambers can be seen as a matrix made of many ionization chambers. The advantage relies on the possibility of reading, by means of VLSI Recycling Integrator chips, at the same time the charge collected on a large number of points with precision and repeatability typical of an ionization chamber.
